Exam Invigilators

Being an exam invigilator is a very important position within schools. Exam Invigilators are in a position of trust, and they should possess the qualities of integrity and vigilance to maintain the proper conduct of an exam, in accordance with the exam board’s regulations. They are required to ensure that all the exams are carried out according to the rules set out by the exam board, which allows each candidate to sit for the examination under equal conditions as other candidates throughout the country.

BEST are currently recruiting Exam Invigilators for seasonal work – during the months of November, January, May and June.

No experience is necessary; however, the ideal candidate must be prepared to obtain a DBS check if one is not currently held and registered on the Update Service.

Suitable candidates will be required to:

  • Provide two up to date referees
  • Complete training provided
