Payments:
- £200 for every successful recommendation for long standing teachers and newly qualified teachers.
- £100 for every successful recommendation for cover supervisors, higher level teaching assistants and all other teaching assistants
Terms and conditions:
- Complete 20 full days in a school, within 3 months of their first placement.
- The friend referred must never have worked for BEST before.
- The referral payment is made within 30 days of the recommended candidate successfully meeting the offer criteria.
