Our success and good reputation is all down to the people who work with us, that’s you by the way. So, we’d like to make you an offer to refer a friend and earn some extra.
We’d love to hear from more people who are just like you. By referring a friend to register and work through BEST, you could receive up to £200* when they are placed to work in a school by us.
If you know someone who would love to work in a school, then please do let us know. Email us with your friend’s details (name and telephone number) and we will contact them to talk them through the registration process. Simple!

Payments:
- £200 for every successful recommendation for long standing teachers and newly qualified teachers.
- £100 for every successful recommendation for cover supervisors, higher level teaching assistants and all other teaching assistants
Terms and conditions:
- Complete 20 full days in a school, within 3 months of their first placement.
- The friend referred must never have worked for BEST before.
- The referral payment is made within 30 days of the recommended candidate successfully meeting the offer criteria.
